

| Founded in 1994 By Jason Ross and was originally located in Anoka, Mn in the four years since its inception Mr. Ross had trained over 200 students, Developed programs for Students with special needs including children with Down Syndrome and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD ) , Mr. Ross also provided presentations to children at both the elementary and secondary levels, focusing on self confidence, discipline and the martial arts. Mr. Ross also worked closely with many aspects of the law enforcement and the private security community providing defensive tactics training. In 1997 Mr. Ross closed down his school to pursue a career with the LAPD, but in turn signed on as the Deputy Chief of Public housing officers for Mastershield Security. In his time with Mastershield Mr. Ross was the recipient of commendations from Mastershield for the arrest of a felony murder suspect from Chicago and the Minneapolis Police Department for promoting positive community awareness of public housing. with over thirteen years of experience in the public service sector ( Health care, law enforcement, professional security and the martial arts ) RIMA is a great place to receive “true tested” skills Tae Kwon Do has to offer. Mr. Ross also works full time in the health care field as a Regional Logistics Manager Mrs. Ross Nicole Ross graduated from Saint Cloud State, MN with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2000, and received my Master of Science in 2002 from Saint Cloud State, MN. Since my graduation I have actively worked in the mental health field. I began my career as a Therapist in a residential treatment center and was promoted to a Clinical Supervisor. During the five years I worked in residential treatment, I continuously worked to develop and implement new and innovative therapy techniques into the treatment milieu. I have developed and compiled various treatment curriculum's including curriculum's that focus on healing from trauma, social skills, and sex education. Mrs. Ross is a professional member of the Association for Play Therapy and the Minnesota Association for Play Therapy. I serve as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association for Play Therapy, and chair the Grant Writing/Fundraising Committee. I serve on the Sherburne County Safe Child Council, and am a member of the Lodestone Networking Group in Elk River, MN. Nicole R. Ross, M.S.
